Location was convenient and service was good, food and amenities not available. Our stay was comfortable.

This was my second time staying at this property and it is a nice experience. Room was clean and neat.

Hotel is good. Location is easy and close to tirumala vehicle entry. Staff are cooperative and courteous

Hotel was average however there was no basic facility and services 1. No soap 2. No towel 3. No extension to connect to reception 4. No room cleaning. 5. Price is very high considering all the services and facility

Staff not giving respect and not respond well with customers, small rooms, not satisfactory. Not worthy, waste of money.

We stayed in Sri Kapileswara Residency. Poor service. Very small room. No water bottle for free. No tv. No ac.

No room service at this hotel. No phone, no intercom in room to contact reception. No drinking water, soap or other amenities available. Dirty bed-sheets and blanket. Flush was not working. Charge extra for delay in check out. Extra bed is provided without pillow, bed-sheet, blanket. Room size is very small. Location of the hotel is good just only one benefit. Do not go for this hotel. In grave emergency only book deluxe ac room.

It is a no frills budget stay. Hotel staff is friendly and been accommodating requests for car parking could be lot better in terms of cleanliness of linen and upkeep of property (Bathroom door handle/lock broken, health faucet broken, switches not working). Excellent location for pilgrims makes it a decent option.

No cleanness maintained after reminding so many times they didn't come to change bedsheets, they give very silly reasons. No Tv connection even no hot water facility. The worst experience we ever had.

Hotel is although situated at good location but service was poor. No water, no food, as they don't have pantry. Tv was available as show piece with no live streaming/connection. Not a good place for family people.

Even though booked for 3 adult double room was given. No cover for additional bed. No car parking. 5 building ahead parking not a safe place.

Basic hotel. Clean bathroom. Easy access to kapilatheertham and ISKCON temple.
