Worst experience i wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We booked two rooms and each room had the same issue flush and jet spray was not working, terrible hospitality and they have restaurants for the name sake it is always closed. I was staying there for 2 days and i never got any services nor kitchen was working. I would recommend to choose any other option instead of this hotel

Terrible Stay

Rooms were good, surprisingly no security at entrance. Staff limited to 4 including kitchen. Most of food items not available. Even sometimes no sanwitch bread. Plus point they help us to cook food for kid. Location is 12 km away from udaipur, no local transport or restaurant available near hotel. I feel management is not interested in running hotel. All the customers had fight with staff. I will not recommend this property.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Doesn't even attend the requests of early checkin or late checkout even if it is just of 1. 5 or 2 hrs. However they charged rs. 500 extra for just 1. 5 hrs early checkin than the scheduled one.

A good spacious room with beautiful lighting and clean washroom bed etc. Poorly managed as the tv was not working, telephone not working, restaurant was not fully functional and many more such little things are ignored. Higher management has given alternative solutions to the problem but it must be resolved before the guest check- in.
