Room is not clean every extra one hour he charged 200rs, lift not working were senior citizens so we felt more uncomfortable it is far to temple they are not giving respect to the customers rude behaviour.

While booking the room, it showed ac an english toilet. But in real room was so bad in condition without ac an had indian toilet. Due to back pain it was painful experience. Broken table, broken cupboard no room service. No facility of drinking water in hotel. Non co-operative staff. Nobody to pick call on front desk. Horrible experience.
