Good property but Not Well Maintained

🙏 Booking included complimentary breakfast But No Breakfast Served at Hotel. I reached at 8:00 am at hotel , No early check in was allowed. Didn't had washroom facility at reception. Rooms are not well maintained. Old box TV and non functional. Staff was arrogant initially, I had to trained them and made them understand their duty. Later they were cooperative. Curtains and linen were not upto the mark. Garbage was lying on first floor terrace and restaurant shade. Cleanliness was neglected.

room is a mesh dirty broken things ever where switch port, tap,flush, sofa,dirty wall, they also not provided complimentary breakfast as mentioned. they said it is online platform problem we didn't provide such offers, do not trust images

Miss behaviour to extra money. And room very darty. No mobile charging socket working, no tv working. Please refund my money. Under almira uses condom and cigarette. The rent of this room should not be more than 100 rupees. I just entered property they told me first visit room, and i go there room it is very dart y and poor room, and i told them, he said me 1 room is available otherwise you go to other hotels. Please refund my money

No lift, small room with bad stench. Power cut, broken closet and a rat inside bathroom. There were stains on the walls may be food, vomiting, or something else. If you somehow enter here seeing a low price trust me you'll leave.

It was okay experience, room furniture are at bad condition and bedsheets are dirty too, washroom was clean only, staff non responsive, location is worst, overall not value for money
