Excellent Stay

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The villa was clean and well-kept, with a clean pool that made the stay even better. They even provided a float and were kind enough to refill the air when it got deflated. There were plenty of clean towels, the helpers were friendly and helpful, and there were no extra or hidden charges. Overall, it was a really good experience!

familyPlace is really good and same as you see in the pics. Very spacious and well maintained. Care taker is very good and humble. Only one opportunity is to improve food taste, of the one cooked by in house chef.

Pathetic experience. Please never stay in souzagad properties

groupI received confirmation and had my payment deducted, yet i was refused check-in by the owner of souzagad ayanna. Travel-ling with my pet on a gurgaon to mumbai road trip, i planned a 2-day stay in this alibaug property. Given no other choice, i reluctantly accepted an alternative - souzagad karjat, which turned out to be a dismal property. We checked out the very next day, wasting money, time, and a potentially enjoyable experience. Makemytrip and souzagad ayanna owner cheated me and i had a terrible experience. I won't recommend anyone to stay in the properties of souzagad, he is a fraud. Mm t favors these fraud owners!
