Sleep Well Dormitory

I have booked a AC bed but they are given the non AC other than that it's okay .they told me there is a timeing for AC

No Ac No cleanliness in bathroom all small rooms bath room u cannot fit also...typical Mumbai slum Don't go have other property with hygiene n good space.

Location of hotel is very good staffs are very cooperative and very hygiene. Hotel staffs will guide you easy route where you want to go in mumbai.

They don't turn on the ac the entire time they close at 6 am in the morning, rooms become suffering. They also turn off the ac in the day they only turn on for 2 hr in the day. The washrooms are so small.

Room was small, and the washroom was dirty. Also found small cockroaches on the bed. Wouldn't go there again.

I felt very comfortable there. The owner mr. Ashraf is very gentle towards me & the other members and mates there very humble. It gives me nice experience

Room was very small, stairs were risky, no exhaust at bathroom, bed was filled with bedbugs ultimately had to leave within hrs of checkout

I didn't stayed over their. I have booked a dormitory for two days. But when i reached, their were no water. The owner sad it will be solved soon. But their were no response after that. Finally i went from their. I lost my money. It was really a bad experience from make my trip

The service shown in images were just show off. The actual location and standards maintained was of very low quality. Worst experience with this dormitory.

Sleep-well dormitory was ok but at night there to many bed bucks with sleepless night sharing my experience

I book the hotel for 3 days but cancel-led after first day. >the size of the bed was approx 5ft. >they said that the room was ac but they only switch on the ac at night. You have to stay in the heat all the day waiting for the night to come for ac. >the bedsheet, pillow cover nothing was changed upon my arrival, there were ciggerate and "gutkha" packets in the drawer and at various other places. Photos attached of the same >and most importantly the rats when i told them that there are rats roaming around and what if they bite at night while the guest are sleeping. They said "chuhe toh pura mumbai me hai hum kaya kare sir" thanks to MakeMyTrip, when i raised my concern to mm t they understood my problem and arranged a refund for the remaining days. Thank you mmt.

According to the budget room was neat and tidy, ac facility available, clean toilets and most importantly a kind hearted owner.
