Siala Guest House

i was sent to another property once i reached the hotel as the rooms were not available. I'm being asked to pay the price in the other hotel as well and they are not refunding the amount that i have paid already. Very poor experience.

Thanks for the cooperation. Everything went smoothly. Though i am 66, i had not face altitude problem. This was my third visit to leh ladhakh. Hotel was very good in every way, particularly all staff and it's owner.

Hotel is located within walking distance of main market. Food was like home cooked food. Overall a good place to stay.

It's 10 mins drive from the airport and even the market is in close proximity.

We stayed for a night in September 2019. Stay was comfortable with amiable staff. Food was good with limited choice but it was like homemade food. Manager Arif was very helpful in arranging our tour. Overall experience was good.

We went for a official tour, the staff was very cooperative, the owner, Aarif really went at lengths to make us feel at home. Food was amazing, staff was very cooperative, hotel was at a very good location, also the rooms were very clean.

One of the top most habitable points in the world. Food was okay. Service was fine. Location scenic beauty was awesome.

Location was good, it was near market. Staff were very polite and helpful, food was not OK.
No reception, no intercom service. Everytime you have to go downstairs and search someone to tell your needs. Food's in restaurant was very limited and below an average.

Nothing can be better than this place. Cheerful, helping staff and owner Mr. Nubiley. They arrange your tours and trips well with 10% discount. Their rooms are made in a way that these do not give you bone chilling cold. Buffet food is good. No room service and no lavish menu but the men are always around for help. Good garden with lots of flowers. Only hotel that is open in winters. Good people. Kudos.

Had a great time, neat and clean room, friendly staff ,. Food was delicious enjoyed staying there, rooms were fully insulated with carpets so we felt no cold inside outside it was around-20*c temperature.

We loved our stay at Siala guest house. Visited in Winter/January. Room was well insulated with carpet down and hay/wood on top. Rooms have hot water facility, heaters/radiators, TV. Very comfortable bedding. Food was very good and served with care. Very cozy and comfortable stay we had.

The room was good but there they don't have any facility in the room like TV, Intercom, Housekeeping staff. If we want anything we have to go down in the restaurant and to say. Not providing water towel soup etc properly without asking. They should keep one person to visit every room and to ask customer what they want. Heater is not working properly. Even in the night after eleven they switched off heater.

The location is little away from central location. Room size was good. But basic amenities like side tables and charging points were not next to bed. WiFi range is limited to one router only, so no network in rooms or dining area. No running hot water. And blankets without covers, so basically very unhygienic with hairs of previous occupants. No intercom, so every time you want something you have to go out in cold. Apart from room size what was good is that the staff was polite. Will only recommend it when you don't have other options and you are stuck in cold leh weather.

The hotel was excellent . . The hospitality by Manager AHRIFA was superb. The food is good. Overall I am very much satisfied with the hotel. The location is well located near the market area

Nice hotel, prompt courteous staff, helpful in holiday planning, looked like experienced, well managed hotel, excellent hospitality. Will look forward to go again. I suggest sia-la for nice stay at Leh. Had nice experience at Leh/Siala.
