Room is not clean and tidy, but staff receiving customers is good but room is not at all worth of money

L book this hotel through make my trip, nice rooms, all facilities available, behaviour of hotel staff s are very good. I enjoyed my stay att this hotel

water was not coming properly. Dust was there. Has to improve a lot in cleanliness. Hospitality is good part. As per rate wise it has to be near 1000-1300 including GST

The hotel is not maintained well and not worth for the amount paid. No food is served by the hotel. They outsource food if required. Location is good. Amenities provided is very poor quality. Check in time was another problem, we had to vacate the room by 12. 00 noon. Every hotel allows 24 hours stay but they had problem.

The advertising of the hotel is not matches with real, showing180 sq feet but 140sq feet including toilet, showing king size bed but queen size bed, showing tv but no tv connection, showing dollop chair but not, showing hygienic toilet bathroom but bery wrist condition, showing well furnished room but very bad

Unhygienic rooms to worst service. Our room didn’t have even proper lights and water was not coming from taps. Broken bed, dirty sheets and blankets. Didn’t even care about cleaning the room before giving us the room and there was no drinking water. Rats running over in corridors, roaches all over the building. What more worse could it be. But be sure the staff will keep on reminding you to check out 1 hour before the time. Enjoy your stay!

All room facilities are available. The all over system is excellent. We can enjoy the journey happily. Thank you

Location was good, inf-act the only good factor. Additionally behaviour of staff was good. But no other amenities and infrastructure was not properly functional. For example, there was water leakage in bathroom and i felt dirty.

Building is old. Ok for 1 night. Didn’t get even packaged water bottle.

Location is very good, it is midway between railway station and r. K. Beach. Amenities are above average but no food/tea/snacks are available. However restaurants are there very close to this property.

Booked superior room but got inferior standard double bed room instead of mentioned king size bed due to advanced booking. Very small room. No match with the picture gallery given. Pale bedsheet & pillow which looks very dirty & as if used. Helpful staff. Good locality.

Room is little bit small and not well maintained. Behavior of staffs quite good. Over all room was good but can be better.

Only the by seeing the review, we have booked the room at the hotel and we have experienced very pathetic experience ove there. Starting from the bedsheet and tv. Nthng was properly maintained. The hotel management was particular about taking all required documents and nthng services provided satisfactory. We thought to withdraw the booking. But management denied. We strongly recommend never ever book this hotel.

Satay was avarage. Not worth for money.

Staff are cooperative but switch of the current facilities should be repaired. Food facilities are not available.

I am giving this rating only because the receptionist, mr, rajesh, ensured that the issue is resolved. Door locks needs to be replaced, a/c and geysers needs to be replaced. Family persons, please buy water on 20 liters cans, as the hotel has no provision for food or water.

Very poor hygiene and terrible wash rooms

Bed is not good, the bedsheet and pillow cover are unclean.
