Shree Sai Paying Guest House

Location of property is good, we arrived at guest house around 04:00pm but our room was not ready and other type of two rooms allotted at 3rd floor, there was no lift and i have two children and two sr. Citizen in my group, one of the item served in food was spoiled, we were waiting for the staff to get the luggage at ground for around 40 minutes then we do it ourselves. Rest was good.

Property 's location, amenities and services are good, but it is very difficult to stay at 2nd floor, and onwards, because the upstairs are so hard for aged people.

The location of the stay is awesome it's near to dashashwamedh ghat, vishwanath temple, kali bhirava temple and near to main market

location was OKay, but my stay there was poor compared to money I have paid, I booked two rooms but one room's AC was not cooling properly and the room was also smelling a lot rest was good but in summer heat with temp. above 46degree celsius the AC problem made our stay there uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A neat and well maintained hotel with a great location. Staff are well mannered and helpful. Walkable to dasaswamedh ghat and other prominent spots. Food at the restaurant was amazing near hotel.

Worst experience and they had posted the photos of ac rooms with ac in it but when i reached pg they said you have to pay extra for ac the photos are just to show rooms not ac, to much power cut wifi is without internet and socket of room are not working at all.

Overall room is very good, clean. Washroom is also very clean. It is at a walking distance from ghats and v. T temple

The receptionist first of all said that i’ve booked this room at double of the actual price. Plus the room of the hotel was stinking worse than my bachelor guy’s room. Taps of the bathroom were broken. Bedsheet was not clean and stinking. Floor was not cleaned before giving the keys. No proper lighting in the room. Pictures are deceiving.

Not good at all, please remove this hotel from your list. Poor service as well. Location is good but everything is bad

होटल में गर्म पीने के पानी की कोई व्यवस्था नही थी। बिस्तर कंबल चादर , बहुत ही गंदे और बदबूदार थे । तकिया फटी हुई थी, कमरे और बाथरूम में बहुत बदबू आ रही थी, स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अव्यवहारिक और असहयोगी था, ये होटल बुजुर्गों महिलाओ और बच्चों के लिए रहने लायक नही है, होटल के कमरे एक के ऊपर एक बने है , जिनमे जाने के लिए लिफ्ट नही है, सीढ़ियों के स्टेप बहुत ऊंचे ऊंचे है, जिनमे चढ़ने में बहुत परेशानी होती है, स्टाफ साम को शराब पी के रहते हैं , जिनसे बात करने में महिला यात्री को बहुत असहजता एवम असुरक्षा होती है,बाथरूम में साबुन तौलिया नही थे । यहां रुकने का अनुभव बहुत ही पीड़ादायक रहा।

The worst ever stay in my life time till kow. Rooms allotted after much waiting. Not huigenic, no room service, no cleaning, not even cleaning of dustbin, facilities mentioned like plug, chair, table, intercom not there. No one at reception to help. I was forced to check out earlier.

Hotel was clean but tv and air conditioning was not working. Lack of ventilation but near to sri kashi vishwanath tample.

I book this hotel for my stay, & and wondering about experience, believe me stay was peaceful and good, hotel is located in dasaswamedh ghat road and main market you can see ots of restaurant.

Very bad condition. Room was not properly cleaned. And they did not provide ac. They have charged additional 400 rs for ac while they have already to take . It's very bizzare condition. Room was not properly furnished and they charged for that bogus room are more worst condition. It is not mentioned that they are giving non ac room

Not clean, rusted door, ants in room, dirty bedsheet and pillow over, reached around mid-night, initially they declined my reservation but after 15/20 minutes of argument they found it in their system.

As per my experience mm t is involved in cheating with cheap and cheater type hotel, mm t will provide cheap non ac room in place of deluxe ac double bed room, straight stairs in place of lift, paid parking in place of free parking, if you will complain in customer care they will make story deluxe room means non ac cheap room, it's your fault. According to statement 1st physically visit the hotel, check properly then go on mm t for booking

All they care about is money. Beds are broken. Air conditioning doesn't work. They charge you at full and all payments should be done before hand.

my booking in deluxe room but hotel not switching on my ac. they demands 500₹ per day extra for electricity. when i pay money they switch on my ac mcb with was placed on back side on reception mcb box.

Please do not stay in the hotel, if have family, choose a nice staay rather than this. Worst administration, abused launguage and no water supply, no room cleaning etc.
