Shree Balaji Guest House

I booked for my parents. They did-not provided stay at hotel and gave some other property which did not have attached bathroom. The other property was terrible with not even sufficient space for one person to climb up stairs with luggage. My parents got harassed due to this late at midnight at 11:30pm 12am. I already paid full tarrif in advance and expect refund because my parents had to find some other property to stay and they paid there

Worst experience with hotel, smallest room and ladder, dirty and used bathroom, no care taker at all, no ac remote. And worst thing is i moved out of the property but make my trip denied to refund back the amount.
