Key card was not working

Hotel was easy to access. Room was clean and tidy. But the money I paid it was not Worth, I was expecting more of it. My room Key card was not working. So, every time receptionist has to come and open the room's gate for me.

Good and homely stay

Room was clean and nice. Washroom was hygienic and tidy. Staff are friendly and courteous. But the only concern was that someone was knocking the door without any reason, which was quite odd. Rest everything is good.

The hotel manager was very rude in talking! Our guest were not allowed to come to our room! He mentioned that it is done through MMT that's why he won't allow, if it would be done directly then he could see in the matter. Highly unprofessional behavior. Not recommend. No value for money

Sir your booking was for double occupancy and you were 4 people who checked in the single room. We have not charged any extra amount for this. We do not allow this but I have done a favor on you by allowing all of you. You must be thankful rather than this comment. Further, we would like to mention here that those 2 persons were not your guests, they were traveling with you. It is your policy to book a room for 2 and stay 4 peoples. We will look into the matter strictly for this type of booking. Thanks for your feedback.
