The kitchen was just for show, there was no stuff in it, there was no water, no gas, no fridge. Extra cost ac 10000 use

Experience not at all good. What is shown and mentioned on the portal is totally different than the actual stay. Rooms were not clean and were smelly

We have reached the property saw it was totaly different from the pics. It was so unhygenic room was smelling when we asked for cancellation or some refund they refused .we sat on bed for 2 minutes there were termites. So uncomfortable so we personally booked another hotel. .we have lost 1800 rs just to chek out the place .as it was not refunded. They do delibratley as no body goes there surroundings were also not good of the properly. Nothing was there except the bed and AC and a parking space inside.so unhygenic and we had termite bites while siting for 2 minutes on bed you can immazine. How can somebody stay there

Home stay rooms are decent but needs a little attention towards maintenance. Lift were inoperative while for food you need to go out around 350 mtrs for the nearest dhaba. It has ample parking space for your own vehicle.

No office no reception no service at all. Dirty rooms & washrooms. Taps, wash basins not in working condition. No television. Pathetic experience. I would not recommend a stay here.

No service is their need to focus more on the thing

Room was just average, toilets were dirty. Given dirty blanket. Staff was not supportive. Attached kitchen but no equipment available. Only good thing the car parking space available in basement. No good food outlets or good restaurants nearby. No reception.

We we checked in homestay nobody was there to whom we can connect and ask the details, even though they didn't pick up the call at once in starting. They needs to be more proactive active. Overall experience is average, room service is also average. In the end i wanna say it's good experience to stay there

I was extremely unhappy with the services of shanti bhawan. The room was not upto the mark. The staff was not interested in serving the customer. I would recommend to never visit this place. The staff and the caretaker were highly engrossed in themselves leaving the customer dissatisfied.
