I could not stay at satyadeb guest house varanasi on dt 14th ocoober becouse it was a fraud.plse refund my money.

Satyadev guest house was fully locked at the time of reaching waiting for a long time. Nobody attended us and did not response in phone. That was a terrible experience to us. The mobile number of the said property that was given to us said to me he resigned from the property. Food was not supplied. Room was not clean.

I could not sleep at night because of the torture of mosquitoes. Couldn't sleep due to mosquito bites, liquid mosquito repellent refill mats not working. But rooms are good, the bathroom is too good with a big area. Lift facility available. Hotel manager and other staff are so friendly

Hotel room is not clean. They are not even cleaning daily not even changed the bedsheets. Toilets also not clean and one day there is no water also.

Worst experience. No one on desk up-till 30 minutes of our reaching at hotel. After several call 2 persons reached. No water at toilet flush. We requested them to change the room. After arguments we left the place and stayed at another hotel. My request to make my trip, remove this property from your list.

This property is managed by someone else, who is not the owner of property. When i reached to property, owner had booked the room to someone else & oblivion of my booking. I had to take coercive action to get in.
