I Am so happy by the accommodation, services, facilities, location, cleanliness, homeliness, naturally warm water, tea stall in front, snacks (Tiffin) beside and so on of your homestay/guesthouse and hospitality especially and exclusively by you that it can never be described in mere words. The location was nice, easy to reach. The room was average. It was not that good. I was not feeling comfortable in that property. The food was good.

It has bad accommodation, worst hospitality, worst room service, fully isolated, insecure, terrible, high priced, street dogs roam all over the corridor, no reception centre.

Worst experience ever. Its very dirty and there is no reception. I have to wait 1 hr for check in and when I called to the caretaker, his phone was switched off. They provide dirty pillow, bedsheets. TV connection was not there. Water facility was good. Running water available. You can find good hotels in this price range. This is just a room not a good homestay or hotel. Waste of money.

Sir, Our hotel building is new and all the rooms are neat and clean well maintained. In the left side of the entrance, there is a big reception area. But that particular month due to Fani cyclone, the mobile network was not working properly in the whole Puri area. Now it's ok. Your experience really hurt us. Thank you.
