Service was good. Food must be better than now. Service personal and front desk staffs are good too.

The staffs are very good. Beautiful ambiance & very sprawling garden. Food was also very good, located in the heart of city but not too crowded. Beautiful cottages.

We went for a small outing on october 6th till october 8th and we chose e samriddhi garden resorts as a place of gateway. The resort was quite and clean place. The rooms were clean and good and helpful stuff. The resort had a lot of open spaces and green lawns. This is a pet friendly place and our dog also had a great place to stay. Overall we liked it and would like to go back sometime.

Good stay. Good food. Toilets should be cleaned before guests arrive

The property is nice but general upkeep is poor. Shortstaffed with only a boy named Ranjit who is ever smiling and available. The food served in the restaurant is very average.

Maintenance is very poor. We were allotted pond view room. But the pond was very dirty. No maintenance. We need to change the room. That room also need to be changed next day morning. Overall no maintenance. Food was good. Staff were nice.

Lot of mosquitoes in the toilet, place has good infrastructure and service is good, needs regular maintenance, they should clean the pond, garden is good.

The location was easy to reach. The caretaker was very helpful. They provide a good complimentary breakfast. The surroundings were peaceful and rooms were comfortable. I will recommend the property.

Terrible people, worst behavior by people on phone. Take advantage of people's miseries.

The garden cottage rooms are very spacious, clean and has just about adequate furniture. AC and geyser are in good working condition. Room service and staff behavior are fairly good. Food is expensive compared to both quality and quantity. Preparation of non-veg items is very spicy and hot. They provided free pick-up but refused free drop facility to station. Service staff are very reluctant to serve filtered non-packaged drinking water to rooms and keep insisting on purchasing packaged (mineral) water at higher than normal price. Maintenance of garden and pond is lacking.
