Room was very small. Breakfast only gave 2 pic of bread which was complementary, lift was not working.

It was good but needs to be improved. Overall experience was mediocre. Staffs are attentive. Thank you

I stayed at a hotel located behind a bus station, which resulted in frequent noise from honking. Unfortunately, the tv in my room did not work, and despite assurances that it would be fixed within 30 minutes, it remained inoperable until the next morning. Additionally, i requested a blanket for the night, but it was never provided. Overall, my experience at the hotel was average.

I booked a non ac room which was small and suffocated. But room service & behaviour of hotel staff is good. Location is good near the bus stand.

Very bad experience. Standard of room is poor, pipe jam in bathroom, wifi not working properly, little space in cupboard & condition of sofa is also deplorable.

Food is good, location also perfect. Overall good experience.

Totally disappoint with their maintenance. Doors have not any knock. Taps in the washroom not working properly.

Hotel rudra is good hotel, location is the best, just besides main bus stand, food quality was more than average, sevice was prompt. Allover, it was nice stay.

The hotel receptionist is very good person. And behavior is very well. I am happy with stay in this hotel. There all facility is available every one can change his selected room. So I recommend every on to stay this hotel.

Hotel room showed in the picture was not actual. Room was way below average and AC not working properly. Room service was not there. It's ok if you stay there for the night but a strict no if you travel with family.

I have visited the hotel rudra last week for a night with my family. Location is very nice, on the bus strand. Service was really good. Food quality was also good. Overall nice stay. I recommend this hotel.

Location is a key factor for all hotels. True, it is situated just beside the city bus terminus. However, the buses start blowing horns the moment, clock stroked 4 in the morning. Better go off to sleep early. The bath towel provided was worth throwing to dustbin rather than using it, seemed as if it has been used everyday since the stone age period. Bedsheets and pillow covers were kept uncleaned and above all one can find families of bed bugs on the bed. AC works but the remote doesn't.

I am very happy with this hotel, service is not but it's OK. Value of the above mentioned hotel staying is fantastic. Location is very good, near to mohona bus stand, from this place you cag get but train for everywhere.
