i recently stayed at this lovely property, and it exceeded my expectations. the design is tasteful and cozy, with wooden flooring on the top floor and all rooms that adds a warm touch, especially in winter. the property is well-lit and maintains a comfortable temperature during colder months. the owners, experienced Saboo Home 3bhkiers, live right next door and are incredibly friendly and helpful. i was initially a bit unsure about the place, but upon arrival, i felt instantly refreshed and at ease. one thing to keep in mind is the food situation. home delivery isn’t available in this area, and shops are around 2-3 km away, with markets closing relatively early, so planning meals ahead is a good idea. the owners did provide a caretaker’s contact, which was helpful for arranging any essentials. as a bonus, they have a playful black shepherd on the property who’s always up for a game of fetch—so bringing along a ball would definitely make his day! overall, it was a wonderful stay with welcoming hosts and a peaceful environment. highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy retreat.

One of the best experiences of my life and this stay enhanced the whole experience and added a unique touch to it, the stay was very comfortable and felt very homely, we travelled in a group of 5 people and the stay had accommodation for 6 but somehow the main room was big enough for all 5 of us to stay and we loved that we all could hang out in that room especially as that room had a big tv as well fir movie nights as well other than that the common area is always very wholesome and comfortable. Every room is quipped with heater for our comfort,the kitchen was already having all spices and utensils for cooking. As well the view from the stay is very enchanting and soothing. One of the main things that we loved about this stay is packo that owners dogie playful,friendly and just enhances the whole leh experience idk how over all to sum it up when i will come again to ladakh ik where to stay.

We had a very comfortable stay! the house is well maintained and spacious, with all the basic amenities needed. The location is great too! i highly recommend this property for a nice and home like stay!

From cozy evenings to adventurous days exploring the surrounding beauty, our stay was truly unforgettable. I can't recommend this experience enough!

Here you will almost get a homely feeling. Best views from your bedroom. Clean, hygenic. Very well maintained. The owners are very friendly they just live nearby also their pet dog poco is very sweet. Would come here only anytime if i come to leh again.
