cleaning issue & breakfast meal is very poor, they purchased from local market & gave us , without informing

i booked one studio room but it's totally different from the and very congested. total average experience

For a bachelor, it may be okay, but families should never dare to book, considering low price. I prefer to go Park Avenue just opposite to Royal Flora. I don't have pictures to prove, but the entire experience was pathetic. pillow covers, blankets were so bad. though they have changed upon request, there weren't bath towels even after request. walls were dirty.

Good clean room and food. Easy checkin process and early morning check out. Nice food from coastal waves.

The facilities made available weren't in functional condition. Multiple requests had to be made in order to make them operational. General cleanliness also wasn't at it's best.

The location was superb. Lift was not working for the first 3-4 days. One of the staff behaviour is arrogant and intolerable. Complained to the management several times but no action. Just because of our need we stayed there and extended our stay for additional 3-4 days twice.

Good accommodation, clean and staff twenty hours If you need help.👍

Excellent service and good attached restaurant. The front desk team was very obliging for early check in.

The hotel rooms were disgusting.. we booked a suite room but the bedsheets were unwashed, towels were not clean and it was all smelly. Staff is rude and unresponsive.

unhygienic and unclean room, small room, used bed sheets and pillow cover, very old bath towel, dirty duet cover, lift not working, window curtain not movable, very old furniture. No Leadership visible.

Stayed in Room 106, as a replacement of 108 due to very bad condition there. The room was spacious and hotel food was fresh. Housekeeping was terrible. Cockroach freely roaming on the floor. Curtains on window unusable. Wardrobes had missing half doors and the bottom half was totally unfinished. No hot water in the bathroom, although all amenities were there.

Actually the stay was just average as the lift was not operative, and the room was not cleaned. The towel in the bathroom was already used and was not washed.

Not clean. Lift not working. Not service. We cournt stay even a day

One of the worst stay in bangalore... Nothing was working properly... We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 3 nights... Had no windows (which was not mentioned in the description of the rooms).. AC not functioning... Bathroom was dirty and exhaust fan also broken.. Practically nothing was right... And icing on the cake was rude behaviour of house keeping staffs... I will not give them 1 star also... Pathetic

Rooms are very small, pillow covers and blankets provided are dirty, basically very unprofessional service

The hotel is not so good not so bad... it is ok for 1 day staycation... the good thing is it is near Christ University

It is a very good stay with well behaved staff,good food, location is also very good. Wifi service is also good.

Descent hotel. Contains all the necessities.
