I have been here for 3 nights with my wife and son and stayed there for 3 nights and 2 days. The property is centrally located with all the basic amenities and moreover the property is neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very cordial. All the services offered were excellent.

ok ,few problems and food menu is not worth it and very expensive, they don't have in-house kitchen .

As Pwe booking details I have opted for a smoking room , but the entire property area is a no smoking zone . Need to stand on road in this heat to have a smoke

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, KarolBagh Easy access to Metro, Clean rooms, hospitable staff, wifi , tv all access good. Complementary breakfast included both SouthIndian and NorthIndian Only issue was with the plumbing in the restrooms it was leaky , would suggest to improve water quality, may be only this particular room has issue..Overall good

your sarvice very poor 2nd time' bad experience, not responding after booking,my booking 4th March but I checkout 3rd March your side no censaled my booking before one day so my one day hotel charges many times phone calls and messages,so bad experience,

Location was very good and safe. There were people walking and moving around at all times. Breakfast food was decent. Room size was normal. Bathroom was clean and good. Electric kettle with tea, coffee option water bottle and body and shampoo were good. Construction work in the next building was causing noise at times.

They do not have food or bar facility at hotel, brings from outside and take too long time for delivery. Had a bad experience and do not like locality and hotel all together.

The hotel stay was very good, we had an excellent breakfast and dinner in our stay. The room was very neat and all the amenities were provided. Overall i would rate 5 out of 5.

Location is gd, food average. Rooms are below average. Lots of noise of rooms ac at night. Linens are unwashed

Our stay was pleasant. Laundry work was also done on time. Hotel arranged a cab on time and was very prompt. Sunil the security was nice and polite. Highly recommend

Provides cab service for both local and outstations. Room was clean & hygienic. Food quality was very good. But price of food was a little bit high. Behavior of staffs were very good. Will stay again if needed & also recommend to others.
