The Pahalgam Pines

Terrible experience. No electricity in morning nor in night. No restaurant facility available. If you want to eat something you have to order 6 hours in advance. Location is also not good. Not recommend at all.

After paying per for one day, to our surprise we found that the shower was not working and they provided us a bucket for bath. It was very hot and humid and they did not have an AC in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay away from this.

Overall, our stay was very good! The location is awesome, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here. Breakfast was nice and served in the restaurant area, but the dinner could be improved.

The location of the property is awesome. The food is delicious, the amenities provided are A one and the service especially the Manager rizwan is really cooperative and gentle in handling any concern. I would surely be recommending my friends to visit the hotel for their memorable moments in the valley.

The location is just a vow. A flowing river with lush greenery all around. the food is quite good compared to the other hotels we booked earlier. The amenities are 5 star unmatched. the hotel manager Rizwan and other staff are treating us like a family. thank you so much for such a memorable moments staying with such warmth is really required after a hectic day of work.

We were senior citizens, both myself and my wife were above 60years and your manager allotted us rooms on top floor (3rd floor) despite having vacant rooms available in ground floor. This is not a good hospitality neither shown any humanity.

The rooms were not good and the door lock was malfunctioning. The food quality was also not good as compared to the star rating of the hotel. The room service was also not that good. The room was given exactly at the checkin time inspire of the fact that we reached before that and has informed the hotel staff that we will reach early. Overall the services were average.

5 stars for location: just 2kms from the rather busy Pahalgam market. 4 stars for the room: Had stayed in the family room. The room itself was spacious with two separate double beds enough for a family of four. Only problem was with the hot water: rom's geyser was not working and centralised hot water was out of water. 5 stars for service: shoutout to Shahid for helping with the hot water situation. Front desk helped in booking sightseeing rides. They got the breakfast prepared early since we had a flight to catch from Srinagar. Overall a pleasant stay, definitely recommend.

Had the beautiful experience of staying in this hotel between 6Apr to 8Apr 2025. Awesome location. If you want to experience Pahalgam’s serenity, choose this. Rooms are really good with adequate hitting and hot water supply. Food is also nice and tasty. Hospitalities of Mr. Yawar Sultan and all other staffs are really commendable. They did all possible help and cooperations to make the stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night at Pahalgam Pines, it was an amazing place. The service was very nice as well. Rizwan attended us and he was very helpful

I booked a 2 night stay and after 1 night my wife met with an accident and had to check out to admit her in srinagar hospital. I requested for 1 night to be cancel-led for medical reasons but they were adamant. I would never stay in such places where they have zero humanity

it's has been worst experience to be there on my marriage anniversary we were allotted with untidy room with foul smelling linen and having absolutely no privacy at ground floor charges are extremely on higher side as per the property location service and ambiance they're charging 5 times as per the services being offered I talked to make my trip executive it they help me to get room changed otherwise hotel executives denied to have any room vacant my day got spoiled to be there even for 1500 rs this property doesn't add value for money highly disappointed not recommend
