It’s a good hotel. Nice view. We can walk around the hotel. Food also testy. Staff also good. Clean hotel.

The facility was not having- Intercom, WiFi, surroundings were dirty, pool was unclean, no hot water, no towel, no TV, lift was broken. Moreover this place was very noisy and not experienced a pleasant stay!

bathroom lock is broken.. tv is not working condition, blanket is dirty and bad smell coming from it, also blanket is tweaks.. door lock broken..

Very bad experience, pool was not ready, the room gate had a big hole, wifi not working, location is very far from beach & digha market, you can't come back to hotel in late night after 9pm due to location of hotel and safety issues. I booked maharaja suit for better experience but experience was pathetic. In breakfast they didn't had options in veg, and only served one maida roti with dahi, that's all. Wifi also was not working since they didn't recharged the same, and mobile internet will not work due to poor location.

Our experience was very bad, dirty bed sheets, dirty room, swimming pool water was not cleaned from how long, gods knows. I have complaint about dirty bed sheets and ask them to change but not done. Washroom was not properly cleaned. Every thing is mess. Not suitable for family. I will not recommend this property for anyone to stay. Basic hygiene is missing.

very bad experience. there are following pros and cons of this hotel. * Property is totally outdated. * Location is outside the new digha and the last building of new digha. * Maintenance is totally Zero. * Swimming pool is totally dirty and without maintenance you fell like swim in gatar. * Shortage of staff. * Bathroom is fully damage and full of dirt and smell, tap are broken, window glass are broken. * Staff behaviour is very bad. * My tour is totally spoil to stay in this hotel. * hotel under 500 rs. is much better than this hotel. * I am cheated by this hotel picture is nice but reality is totally different. * there is no room service, no drinking water supply in room.

Location is good, but food is not good, no food variety, no service, wifi not working, there should

No wi-fi on the room. No handwash in bathroom. Intercom not working on both cottages, have to go to reception for any small requirement.

The place is not at all what it looks like. The staff is very rude and never respond to any request made by the guest. We were not even provided with towels. Upon asking for towel for multiple times they gave us some dirty towels with stains. The bedsheet and pillows were so dirty even after changing them. They have even charged a lot more than what their actual rate is. The food in the restaurant is also tasteless and of very poor quality. The entire hotel is full of ‘chapris’ and people are drinking even in the lobby, corridors and receptuon. The elevator is always wet and dirty. Nothing is maintained or well managed in this hotel. Prople at reception are so rude. While leaving they told us to wait because they needed to check if we’d taken anything from the room. Who treats a guest like this? most terrible hotel of digha.

Nice hotel. Like a resord. We enjoyed theres trees. Nice garden. Food also to much testy. Clean and good maintain hotel. Completely family hotel.

Please don't book this hotel. I booked 3 majaraja suit ( room no. 309, 409 and 509) on 24-03-24. Non of room was properly maintained. Most of the fan making terable noice. Balconly door was fully tide. Bathroom window glass fully broken or missing. Jet spray not working. Cooking staff also noncooperative.

Location is good, service is good, but hotel little bit down to my expectations, harendra parida gives a best service here, we didn't face any issues because of him, rooms can be much better

I already left the hotel on 1st half due to ambience of the the hotel is poori already mailed but my money is full wasted. I will suggest to other people.
