Spacious property and rooms. The plunge pool was not clean. Food was okay, sometimes good sometimes average. However, the food menu is flexible and chef can prepare food based on your needs. Room service is pretty slow as well.

checked in around 3. There was no water in the room. called multiple times and water was delivered after an hour. Bathroom was all wet and AC was leaking. My phone was on the table which is under the AC unit. Luckily we saw leakage and saved phone. House keeping had come and solved problem after 2 hours. checked in around 3. We had an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff is extremely courteous and very very helpful. We went with our pet and it was an amazing stay. The food is good , the pool was clean, rooms were clean.

Terrible Stay

Villa pool was not so clean, staff was not cooperative at all. No welcome drinks were served. Food was average We have dinner included instead of buffet. They served ala carte and that too had limited options. We paid almost 20k for per night and it was not justified.

The stay was overall good. The resort is beautiful with greenery all around.Not much to do at the property as it was raining. But the tariff is unnecessarily high.

The hotel was good. Food was also good. However below things to be considered: 1. Price of outside eatables including tea/juices/papad can be in a reasonable range (curretnly the prices are on an avearge more than 3.5 times of the local current market prices. 2. Also some arrangement can be made outside the room at the plunge pool so as to avoid mosquitoes and other creatures and also water needs to be changed.

The room was good. However the food was terrible. Kitchen staff need to upgrade or else this will be the downfall of the resort. The chicken curry was served with old frozen chicken but mentioned as fresh. No mutton available as mentioned on menu. Several items in menu not available. No drinks available as no permit with resort. The price was steep as compared to services offered. Until they improve in kitchen i strongly urge no family people to go there. Sorry.
