The hotel is situated in an awesome place But in room service like a room sleeper, iron, breakfast timings are not suitable it should be in between 7.30 am to 10.30 am., hotel should have a pick n drop facility and food should have some more varieties. But staff was so cooperative and very humble and polite also helpful. Only area of improvement is hotel in room adminstration and maintain hygiene. Other wise it's beautiful property

everything was in line with what was written in description, I visited with my family (7members) booked 2 rooms and every thing was very well planned and managed, staff has done very good job, I even raised a issue with geyser and tv channels and both resolved instantly. at least I felt warm welcome, smooth arrangements and worry free stay.. really thank u each and every staff of this hotel ... it's actually to be deserved as hotel... only walls to be cleaned as well then every thing would be 1st class

A quaint hotel with lots of warmth

The location is awesome. Amer fort is at 5 minutes Driving distance,. Around 100 meters, the cut for Nahargarh fort and Jaigarh fort starts. The hotel is in front of Kanak Ghati and at walking distance from Man sagar lake that hosts Jal Mahal. The entire stretch is well built and little quiet as compared to rest of Jaipur City. It's a little far off from City centre but you can take a battery car which charges you a max 20/- per person and you can reach Bapu bazar in less than 30 minutes. Their cafeteria has buffet for lunch and dinner which is reasonably priced. Food is good in terms of taste and quality. Rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was good for covering all the tourists spot. Parking is limited and their is an upcoming jio BP charger. Staff were helpful too. They have buffet options for breakfast and lunch which worth.

The room construct and cleanliness was okay . However, basic amenities like toiletries etc were missing even in premium rooms. The rooms were freshly painted and the odor never left despite keeping the windows open. Wifi connectivity was a constant issue. Would not recommend at this price.

House keeping staff are good. Generally hotel is average. I have a complaint against the restaurant food service. We ordered many items along with Chicken gravy and clearly told me waiter that no Oil should be used. But too much oil was found in the dish. We returned the dish and asked for Dal. The waiter and restaurant incharge convinced us they will prepare again the chicken dish. But they simply removed oil from top and served us the same dish Too much oil was found at the bottom of the servings. They offered us not to charge for this dish but still not acceptable. Due to Holi food was served after 45 minutes with only three families in the restaurant.
