The stay was comfortable. The room was clean. The constitution is heritage style yet modern amenities. The food served was simple but delicious. The linen and towels were good but fresh white would have been ultimate. Availability of typical kokan style food would have added a lot of value. Overall fantastic.

familySimple, holistic, down to earth stay near guhagar. The place is owned by nilesh and his family who stay next to the accomodation. Few rooms, simple layout of the homestay with extremely delicious food served by nilesh and his team. True experience of konkan. With an old school vernadah (with swings) and large open space (which my son enjoyed thoroughly and where we also had a bonfire, this place is the best deal if you want to stay in a simple, homely, quite stay near chiplun with "ghar ka khaana"
