Why is this a MMT approved hotel/homestay in Puri with so many shortcomings?

location was far from beach,the security staff were in utter bellegerancy while seeing on 90+yrs mother. Room service terrible.There was non function of Ro water system in room no.2D. No towel were given...no kettle was found. wifi was not enabled. Bath tub was there but in extreme. ruination. There were not cleaning every day.The insects had there free spaces for playing. Basically we stayed there. We were enduring a lot of physical and mental suffering. We are unable to understand how Make My Trip approved this?

cant sleep due to noisy fan. tv not subscribed. swimming pool not working. no drinking water bcoz the filter not working neither anybody provided it.

Everything was good here. The only thing bothered us is the service. We ordered breakfast and they took 1hr saying bringing in 5min we are at the gate and at last we cancelled in frustration and they said okay.

Poor hospitality and they didn’t received the guest at particular time we have waited there for 1 hr then they came to rcv such a disappointment

The property where the stay was in was good but the flat wasn't clean. Hairs were found in the wardrobe and an empty alcohol bottle was inside the kitchen counter

familyThis property is located far away from the main city. Neither the swargadwar area nor the jagannath mandir is near to this. No share auto toto is available. Reserved auto toto rate to swargadwar is rs. 150 and to rly. Station is rs. 300. So. It is highly expensive to go anywhere from this property. The property is maintained avg. It is a modified 1bh flat in baliapinda housing society. Road condition is very bad and broaken. Even without considering other points, because of isolated location, this property should be avoided. Sea beach is several kms away and not visible.

Room was clean. But apartment block needs maintenance. Service was ok. Need to carry needful stuffs as there are no shops nearby. Society is beautiful and very secured. A good option for family.
