Water removal system are not working properly in washroom. The bed and the towels which they have provided are not very clean. The room service is not up to the mark and sometime don't response to the call. Tour has been completed.

Damp and moist wall rooms, smells fishy, asked for spray room freshner, no room service, if asked then on extra charges, comments on mm t for unusual booking for number of guests, no change of bedsheets in two nights of stay as they do it only in the morning

In three days, my family waited for ac. Hotel team said there is no electricity. At, the check out, i got to know that ac power is controlled from somewhere in ground floor by hotel team. If, any body wants ac, we have to tell them specifically whenever required. What is the use of ac in room if power on off is controlled by hotel team. Not satisfied with the hotel as ac is treated as some special facility on request. Even on request, nobody bothered to take a note and switch on the power.

1. I don't like the behavior of the staff including who was present in the reception. 2. Secondly hotels booked in mmt provides 1ltr of mineral water daily per person, but they denied to do so and also giving excuses like none of the hotels in katra provides mineral water. 3. Towels were being found with stains and when i asked for some other towel they told me that at present they have only that towel in their stock. 4. Insects like cockroach, flies and mosquitoes are need to remove from the rooms. I mean maintain hygiene will help customers for a comfortable stay. Request to maintain such things in each and every hotels which are under mmt. Thanks & regards

Pros & cons first cons: the only problem is that this hotel is in a street and your vehicle cannot reach the hotel and you have to carry your luggage to the hotel yourself. When i called in the hotel, the manager there flatly refused and said that we have to pick up our luggage ourselves and that too said in very rued way. And we had to take our luggage back on our own too. Aprx 200 meter from the main bus stand. Pros hotel was clean and rooms were also clean and mid size. The restaurant on the ground floor was also very clean and the food was also very hygienic and tasty. As the hotel was in the middle of the market, so we were able to do shopping well.

I will not refer anybody to stay in this property. Don’t know on what criteria its mm t assures hotel

nice and clean hotel .. situated in heart of city .. staff was good and cooperative.. bathrooms were clean and tidy.. in short it was completely value to money.. thanx make my trip and thanx to hotel sai dhan..👍🏻. sai dhan is good hotel with a good restaurant.. it can be a good choice at reasonable pricing
