Ripple Land KTDC

This property is owned by kerala government, and it is located in the prime location. Food and accommodation are excellent. Ample parking place, safe and secured stay, staff are very friendly.... a must try property in aleppy..

toilets are chouk up. showers water flow is not working good. very small rooms with children. only 2 persons can stay.

Property location was awesome, in the forest, only concern was approaching road was narrow, no market place nearby.

No water in flush, exhaust not working pungent smell no wifi

Nice place and it’s well connected to near by places like allaphuza beach n light house coir museum and specially back waters location.

Location - good. just next to the road. Alleppy beach is nearby. Food - Breakfast buffet was good . Room - Executive rooms are small. For a family of 3 , there will be almost no space to keep luggage. Suite rooms are good. Parking - very big spacious parking with in the campus. it is not covered. Staff is courteous.

Food ok hygienic, main location in city, basic interior and cleanliness, staff was cooperative they do arrangements for boating and other cabs on adhoc basis

This hotel boasts a convenient location but suffers from significant maintenance issues. Room 106, in particular, had a persistent damp and chemical odor. Undertrained staff and inadequate amenities further diminished the stay. While spacious, the property lacks proper upkeep. Improvements in maintenance, staff training, and amenity provision are crucial for a better guest experience.

Ambience is good and staff is also good, had a good experience.

Ktdc ripple land is an excellent place to stay in alleppey. Room is little compact but has all facilities. Front desk staff is very co- operative, helpful and friendly. Food is very good. We had a great comfortable stay there.

Overall the stay was quite comfortable but we were disappointed that toilet items viz toothpaste, shampo, moisturizer etc which is generally provided by all hotels for guests booking executive rooms was not provided. Also the tv kept on malfunctioning repeatedly. The buffet breakfast provided was ok although it did not have ****er toast omlette etc.

Prof. Velmurugan and family stayed in ripple land, ktdc property in alleppey for 3 days. Very friendly and soft spoken staff members making our stay lively. Very clean room and amenities were very good. Important thing is all ktdc properties allow 4 members (2 adults + 2 kids) in a single room, always we want to be with our family. Thanks to kerala tourism, ripple land management made our trip joyful one.

The hotel is not upto the mark in any criteria, restaurant service is very very poor, not more option to eat as per menu card, the hotel has very poor housekeeping and also running with very less staff thatswhy they could not serve properly, rooms required very much maintenance, ac fan is not working properly, reception staff was not attentive and most-of the times absent so what can we aspect from the horrible conditions of hotel.

Elegant and beautiful place to stay. Staff who're working there are approachable and considerate. For those who want to stay in alleppey budget friendly, i would suggest this place.
