Excellent Stay at Neyyantinkara

Overall a good stay experience. The hotel is at the heart of Neyyantinkara near to the famous Srikrishna Temple.

Stayed for 3 nights, we were provided an upgrade to premier room from the double room. Room was good with 2 bathrooms. Staff was friendly and professional but room service was slow (probably due to festival).

This Was an Horrible Trip The hotel Management does not even know we had booked from make my trip They give us a single Bed room for 4 members This is poor Expeerience we had paid balance amount to get a good room

Stayed there for a day, my daughter had a entrance at Mount Carmel residential school. Hotel very close to railway station. Food is good. Staff response is good. On request they arranged transport to the school. Since we had to leave at 7, and their breakfast starts at 7.30 am only, they kept breakfast for us when we were back at 10.30 am. Overall we find this hotel good with all required services available. I can recommend for business as well as for family looking for a peaceful gateway. I understand kovalam is about 15 to 20 kms.
