I was asked to pay separately and owner said he would cancel the booking from his side as he was getting 1400 for the room from mmt for which i paid 2000- on mmt app. I had to pay separately 2500-for the room. However i haven't received the refund

Great for winter

If you're visiting Srinagar in the winter, come here - rooms have electric blankets and hot water showers, and hosts provide plenty of kahwa. Location is also great, a 10 minute walk from Lal Chowk. Worth the extra money vs. a hostel. Thanks to Omer for looking after us!

It was terrible infancy it in not hotel. It’s even not a home stay. Very poor room bad mattress was not same as shown in pics during booking. Address was wrong no regal chowk there no phone, no lift poor stairs damaged no toiletries, etc.
