The room was good but the window was broken . All the rainfall was directly showering inside the rokm and it damaged my laptop. The hotel cpuls not fix the issue. Luckily had to stay one more day

The hotel rooms are smelly and have very less space. Though ACs are planted, they dont work. As informed by the owner they are dummy ac. Terrible.

Average hotel (seems overpriced) for the type of rooms it provides. Linens (pillows and blankets) provided are just not okay to sleep on, they need to change it asap. It needs a good wash. The doormat outside washroom was not washed since the inaugural day, was filthy to the core. Hotel doesn’t have its own parking and it is a problem as 1. Hotel is on main road and 2. Staff is least bothered to help you. Will not be considered for stay next time if linens are not changed.

Not a single reason to mention here. No recommendations. Rather ask mmt customers to sleep on foothpaths

Good place to stay at very discounted price. Location was easy to find. No food services were included. Room was decently cleaned and no handwash were provided. No water bottled were provided 2nd day.

The hotel room is not good, the bathrooms are unclean and at a very terrible condition, the staff doesn't help at all their is no cleaning done even in a delux room. Water in the bathroom goes anytime their is no hot water.

Excellent stay. Cleanliness maintained. Good staff. Location is very near to market and local attractions. Overall very happy with the stay.

The property is well located, got a place to park vehicle too. Food not available in property, but many options available nearby. All necessary amenities were provided. Service was satisfactory.

TV is not working also not available all channel, Hot water is not available, Room service like Tee also not given in thermoses and Cup also not available

The room was big, no doubt, but the structure or placing of bed and fan is like only half part of bed covers fan and ac was very poor even we kept temperature on 17 but there was no cooling in room. Dining table edges had a sharp cut, due to which my wife got badly cut on the leg, and we asked them for a detole thy got us cold water bottle. Pathetic services and a lady sitting on the front desk during morning hours is very rude with no knowledge of customer service ac outlet pipe was in washroom due to which entire time washroom floor was slippery they have only one service boy for the entire hotel, very poor services.
