Mayfair on Sea

Good hotel to stay! But, the access road is in bad shape. Farzi cafe was sans its ambience due to absence of lights. Stay was great but the spirit and Goa vibes were missing, perhaps due to the end of rainy season. However, the resort could work upon providing the party ambience even if it rains as guests pay high prices for the stay and for food. Good stay but monsoon isn’t the time to go as the vibes are missing due.

The room was good and spacious. It was well maintained. Bathroom is really well maintained. Overall the resort is not worth the money. Doesn’t give a luxury vibe or comfort vibe at all. The rooms are situated so close to each other it looked like pack of match boxes were arranged diagonally. Felt bit cluster-phobic. No proper road to reach the property. Although Google routes to the location with 100% accuracy. Parking is compromised. Not enough space for parking more than 5/5 vehicles. Overall it’s a decent property but not worth the money you spent for this.

The resort is very Good, our Room was Garden & Swimming Pool front and the view was amazing. The main attraction is Farzi Cafe which is the heart of this property.

Although the rooms were very nice at Mayfair, I feel that for the service, food and facilities, it was grossly overpriced. I was travelling with my English boyfriend, for whom it was difficult to communicate with a few of the staff members. He was also bitten by bugs in his sleep. It was nice that the property was beachfront, but not worth it during Monsoon in Goa. The property is 40-45 minutes from most major clubs in Goa such as Romeo Lane, Hammerz, Purple Martini etc. making partying a hassle. Additionally, GoaMiles does not work in this area, and you have no choice but to commute with overpriced local taxi drivers. Apparently, when it’s rainy, the WiFi for the entire area stops working--this was told to us by Mayfair staff--and we had to remain without WiFi for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The breakfast is quite nice with options for all. Notwithstanding, it’s a decent place during the summer if you want to stay in and remain close to the beach. But if you want to go out, party, visit places and explore, it is inconveniently located. Overall, not at ALL worth almost 11k a night in my opinion.

The room was big, spacious & bathroom was beautiful! All staffs were kind & polite. Food was good. Overall., a good experience & would like to visit again!..

Farzi cafe has really lifted up the property. Everything was too superb. Pool to room to food thumps up 👍big size rooms cherry on the cake. Cafe menu is small but it’s all dishes are too tasty 😋 thank u for the wonderful stay. Water sports on beach are also more reasonable than other beaches.

Promised hi-tea wasn't available, i had to insist on it. It was provided but after a lot of stress and was worthless. There was a rat in the room which they were unable to trap. All the three nights were horrible due to the continuous sounds being made by the rat. Tv in the room was outdated. Unable to play ott's. A highly priced properly & not at all worth the money. Even the breakfast all three days were similar.

Very good property. Boutique, luxurious and tastefully appointed rooms. Very spacious and big rooms with a beautiful balcony deck overlooking the garden and pool.

Property is good with a good swimming pool and nice beaches. Rooms are comfortable. Food is good. Restaurant was going through renovation as farzi cafe was taking over. Hoping things will improve after this.

Will mention both bad and good bad- 1) location is isolated 2) bad road condition towards mayfair 3) restaurant was under repair 4) hardly any people in hotel 5) rooms are very costly 6) no events or night shows 7) limited parking good- 1) rooms are big 2) they provide complementary evening snacks 3) beach touching

Service was excellent, the people in mayfair took great care of all the services they provided. Beautiful rooms and surroundings. The only con - there was work going on in the restaurant area. It made a lot of noise and was disturbing. They could have informed us before.

Perfect laid-back staycation destination. Food is super yummy and staff courteous. Located bang on the best beach of goa you'd definitely want to revisit this place. Some renovation work in progress around restaurant area that must be temporary. Approach road to resort is really in bad shape probably due to some govt approval reasons. Overall nice 5 star stay !

If there is one place on morjim to stay with kids it's mayfair. Property is next to beach rooms are amazingly spacious and restaurant and hotel is very friendly and good. Staffs are so good, friendly and curtious.

Mayfair goa is a nice property right on the beach. The location is awesome. Food is good. Breakfast options are good. The rooms are very good. I think it’s a new and upcoming property. So lots of construction is going on. Beach facing deck is being prepared. The approach road is bad and unlit, no lights. So it’s risky to approach the hotel at night on foot. The staff is new and needs to be better trained the evening high tea needs more options. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Our experience was awesome, amazing food but food charges are too high, superb location with best resort, resort consist of mostly foreigners, superb service and humble staff

it was amazing experience at mayfair on sea goa. i would recommend for the family. only sad part of trip was deck underconstrution didn't able to enjoy music 😕

It Was awesome experience and spacious and well decorated Room with all amenities. Accessible to all named restaurants from shore side of Stay.

Cons - * resort location is too remote, no proper road is there to get to resort from main road, it's very risky in rainy season if you are using two wheeler. * very less options in menu for high tea. Pros * resort is very clean, peaceful and well maintained. * room and staff service were very good.
