Maple IVY

It was one of terrible experience, hotel charges hidden charges but not gave proper bill for the extra & hidden charges specially the receptionist of the hotel are very rude and they took the extra charges in cash , saying that their pay tm are not working. Avoid MAPLE if you are going to Alibaug

It was good experience. Food was good. Cleanliness and hospitality was nice. May consider to stay again in near future.

It was a good stay. Staff was very fast to respond. Towels and toiletries were Not so good. Room was quite specious and nice. Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff were very good. Overall a good Hotel.

⭐ 1/5 — Poorly Managed Hotel, Not Worth the Price Stayed at Maple Ivy, Alibaug (Oct 21–22, 2 rooms, 3 adults) and had an extremely disappointing experience. In Room 1, power wasn’t restored for nearly 10 mins after an outage, exhaust was burnt out and took 20 mins to replace, fan regulator didn’t work, and front desk barely answered calls. In Room 2, the same exhaust issue occurred, the room card stopped working and we were locked out for 40 minutes — again due to poor response from the front desk. Valet service was equally bad — over an hour just to get our car keys delivered. Food was another letdown. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was disastrous — stale surmai, overcooked prawns, and bland flavours. Only the Kashmiri pulao was decent. During checkout, luggage pickup was delayed endlessly. Shockingly, there’s only one staff member handling luggage for the whole hotel.

Clean rooms and bathroom, friendly staff and delicious food. It has been a great stay at Maple Ivy. It’s very near to the main road.

location is good, the room size is also good. The staff were courteous. however the quality of bedsheets and pillows was not good. Seems quite old and not cleaned upto mark. we have requested for another set of pillows however those were also not good. Apart from this aspect a good property

The floor of the room was dirty with dust and even though the rooms were categorised as non-smoking, the smell of smoke lingered around. We got our room changed but even in the new room there was smell of smoke in the washroom. Even getting the daily bottle of water was a task. We decided to check out a day early. The only positive thing about the hotel was the staff at the Saffrestaurant. Everything else was pretty average. We stayed for one night, 11th August at maple ivy alibaug. Room was well appointed, ac, tv, fridge, hot water all working. Restaurant,"Saffron" has good food. Restaurant staff akshita & anurag were very helpful & polite. Buffet breakfast was nice.

location is near to market area Good service,. but no proper parking area and children garden area is tooooo small

Good location and good food. Nice swimming pool. Room size is really good. Guests are not passed on discounts at the restaurant Saffron while walk in customers get 15 - 20 percent discount on Zomato Gold and EasyDiner apps..so need to be alert on the same. Overall, a good experience and good service by th staff. they did help in arranging local travel too.
