We never stayed in KPN Karti. We were cheated by them. You'll should sue them.

they refused to stay there. and the behaviour was wery indescent this was a first experience

worst rooms. Not clean. no parking space available. we paid Rs 1000 to park our car for two days.

I had a great time in staying in mentioned place. My family members were also enjoyed stay and food. The ambience was good and peaceful place to spent the precious time with family. Thank you for your support

They are not clean the rooms,full of dust and smell.Don’t go to this hotel.They need only our money

A very good stay new hotel very clean room and toilets new furnitures and bathroom fittings a very good complimentary breakfast

The room was full of dust and hair and was very small. The bathroom wasn't clean. The staff were okay, but the blankets were unclean and had hair on them. We only stayed for a few hours. Overall, it wasn't worth the money.

We had very good reception and had a nice. This property is nearer to shrine, beach and bus stand. Better place to stay with family

The property was good and with available facilities. The property was founded through google maps, services are very nice.

Rooms were not ready when we arrived at the hotel. Just because we were 1 hr late after the check in. They should have at least called us and asked us if we were coming. We waited for almost 45 mins for our rooms to be ready. Then the rooms were not as seen in the pictures. Not cleaned, wet carpets still on the floor. And they didn't even instruct us on the hot water situation. We didn't bath because we had no hot water. Please consider this review and change the atmosphere and how you run a hotel for your costumers.

The room is very small. Check in and check out time is 6 am therefore we have van-cant the hotel at night itself.

The rooms (non ac) were very dirty and full of mosquitos. Bathrooms were also not clean. I had booked 2 rooms. Then i paid extra 1000 rs to upgrade our rooms to ac. We got ac but they told we will not get 2 rooms and so we have to adjust in 1 room only. After getting an ac room we dint get soap, towel these r a basic amenities that should be there. No image

Location is good clean but no wifi n light keeps going n no backup also no hot water staff n everything was good need to keep new amenities tea n coffee was machine made

Stay was good but as our room was non ac hot water tap is not available. But staff gave hot water bucket service for us at no extra cost. There is no washbasin inside the bathroom. The wifi on first floor was not working and we were given first floor room. There is no lift available. Staff is cooperative and as our stay was just 1 day it didn't matter much to us as most of the time we were not in room. The tv channels are all malayalam channels.

I was not allowed to stay inside the hotel in-spite having a confirmed booking. I was told that the hotel is full and had to spend the entire day in the reception area along with my family. Inspite booking the hotel 3 months ago how come the hotel is full ? was my room not blocked when i had booked it?

I was here for a week good friendly staff, we enjoyed our time here, there was a language barrier but that doesn't stop them from doing good work
