To our surprise, when we arrived at the hotel, we were amazed by the hospitality and hotel ambiance. The hotel is about 2.5 kms away from Velankanni church and needs a 10 minute drive by car or auto is always available, which was infact the positive factor. Its always better to stay away from the busy and noisy city vibes. We have booked 2 ac rooms. There was no problem to highlight on the negative side. we were so happy to see the room ambiance, amenities and cleanliness in a place like vellankanni. positive side, This hotel is run by a Malayali which even makes it better for Keralities. Mr Mathews makes you comfortable, infact the whole hotel guys were so helpful. There is a also a restaurant inside the hotel with good kerala food. We had lunch, dinner and morning breakfast from the same hotel. Hot water is also available 24×7. points to improve 1. Although there is ambient space for parking around the hotel, it's not covered. 2. Hotel WiFi range could be better on every floor. Overall 10/10. Can book blindly. Next time we would definitely book the same hotel on visit to vellankanni.

Rooms were full of stains. Walls were cracked. Not cleaned. Balcony were never cleaned. Bathroom was pathetic it’s need a deep cleaning. Saddest part there wasn’t any basic amenities in bathroom, toothpaste was there but no toothbrush, when I requested they denied stating they do not provide however while booking bathroom amenities was provided. And joke was they hanged beautiful framed quotation free tea unlimited with unlimited sachet of tea coffee but joke was there wasn’t any kettle, when asking they said no they do not provide it’s just written there. But booking says all basic amenities. Even the water was also chargeable When requested for a bottle of water they charged for it. Very bad hotel.

Terrible Stay

I had a terrible experience with the hotel Aptin. Initially when I checked-in there was water available in the room and the ac didn’t work. Later the AC turned on by itself but was making squeaking noise. Had to turn it off because of the noise. Coming to the worst part which the bathroom, it was smelling

horrible place to stay

The rooms were in terrible condition the toilet was filthy and the shower tap just fell off when I tried to turn it. There was no food available as they do not have a kitchen. The breakfast was so bad with houseflies everywhere.there was no towels or water ,tea or coffee available. I had booked for two night stays but I vacated in one night only as I was unable to stay there .

The hotel was just ok The bathroom was not at all imaginable the taps look 100 years old All the complimentary items in the room was not provided as mentioned The breakfast was the only highlight as many varieties of items were there and was tasty too

We stayed at Treebo Aptin during the month of May. It's an excellent stay, spacious rooms, courteous staff, yummy breakfast and awesome location. The rooms are very good and clean. Definetly will choose Aptin Treebo in the future too.

Hotel located in good place.. but hotel not maintained clean.. coffee maker was in very bad condition. Rest room Mirrors were not clean and we could not see any thing on it.. linens was good and clean.
