K Hotel

Dear team, rooms are not clean. A very bad smell is coming from the room. No hot water is available for bathing. When i asked for hot water, the staff team rudely answered that for hot water, running the boiler is not affordable to us. Finally after a lot of arguments, the staff member comes with bucket and portable heater. Two single beds with spacing are arranged in the room. The bathroom towel was not clean. Worst experience ever till time.

It doesn't look the same as shown in pictures. Food is average. Toilet needs more cleaning and renovation. Staff behave rudely.

They don't have a comb in a room, & when i request to arrange for me then their executive rudely denied. I don't have images

The pictures is no where near to the actuals rooms. Toilets are bad, untidy. Cleanliness is lacking very badly.

Washroom is very dirty, geyser is not working even after requesting so many times they used normal heating rod for hot water, ac voice is too high seems like cooler. At mm t it is showing 3, worst experience ever. I will never use mm t after this, this is totally wastage of money

Room is not upto the mark. Two bed was given instead of one double bed and electricity cut multiple times.

Spacious and clean rooms. Good location to stay & travel, easily transport is available. Provided good breakfast and daily change of food menu. Also have nearby restaurants for lunch & dinner.

Hotel was quit average, the washroom was stinking like public toilets its terrible to use, rest staff was good and food was also very good one more thing they usually give separate bed to the couples which is quit annoying

The check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and ready by the time i had checked in. The bathrooms were tidy as well. Overall, i am satisfied with the stay.

Rooms were adequately appointed. Service requires upgrade. Courtesies and promptness could be improved. Staff appeared to be overworked. Food was very good. Security was adequate with good parking facilities.
