This manual M is very heavy, very very stupid, shabby rooms, old kind of rooms. It's a very stiff staircases, narrow staircases. That is absolutely there is no nothing nothing why IMTMMT give a good rating on this stupid homestays, we believe MMT on your rating and we assume that your rates are good. You're ratings are good and according to we book rooms and most of the cases I get, I'm really not, I'm really upset. I did not like these Immanuel.

I checked in a little early and the property was not ready, i called before i went and the owner asked me to come mentioning that i would have to wait for some time and i agreed for the same. I waited for more than 1 1/2 hours being horribly bittien by 100s of mosquitos, then he suggested me i'll find another place for you and took me to a nearby neighborhood house. It was unclean and the bathroom hadn't light, and the taps are broken, mosquitos were entering the room so badly. I didn't stay there and went to another proper hotel. Such a pathetic experience i never had in my entire life.

The stay was comfortable. Location was a bit tricky as it was inside a lane so some cab drivers do get confused. Rooms were quite good with regular cleaning services. Laundry was not provided so if you are staying for more days there might be a problem. Property has free wifi just ask the password from the owner. For drinking water you can either ask for a 20l gallon like i did or you may go and get your bottles refilled in the owner's house. Overall the stay was good, the owner & his family had a helping nature. Near to the property you can rent 2 wheelers also so you can see places around fort kochi.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. no car services to the location.it's in an isolated place. In a corner. when we entered the room the owner told us that she has no idea whether the room is booked or not.she told us to wait outside and come after 30 minutes. room was not cleaned. because of this room our entire trip gone in a disaster way.even no veg foods available in the entire area.I would have given -5 rating
