Hygiene&safety standards

No daily housekeeping, found couple of black spiders inside the bathroom. Dustbin hasn't been emptied. No ac for deluxe rooms, food pricing was too much. But the staffs were well mannered.

Great stay, a good atmosphere and awesome service

Although the location might seem a bit hard to get to, it is definitely worth it. For the price they offer, the rooms and services are top notch. The staff were very helpful and the property is very well maintained. I would definitely go there as my first choice if i were to stay in the area again.

I had a good experience on the Wayanad trip. The room was so comfortable and spacious with all modern amenities. The staff was well mannered and cooperative. Cleanliness and facilities were also good. I will recommend the property to others.
