Hotel VBR Grand Inn

Hotel staff is untrained, rooms are clean somehow guests has to ask for toilatries, towel, room cleaning etc

In description king size bed and mini freeze was mentioned, in reality they queen bed and no mini freeze available. I had requirements of king size bed as I was traveling with baby. Breakfast was the worst quality we had to order from outside

Didn’t provide tea or coffee powder, tooth brush etc. as the same category hotels. Paid breakfast was very poor. House keeping also poor

Hotel building is quite new but service is very poor. They have kettle to make water hot but don’t keep coffee milk pouches in room will be provided only on asking. Room service is terrible it took 1 hr to serve dinner after a reminder because 1st person didn’t noted the order and surprisingly i had ordered papad which he didn’t sent and on asking replied papads are finished but they even bother to inform customer about this. Breakfast so terrible and cleanliness in the restaurant is pathetic even plates spoons are not clean. I stayed for 2 days 2nd day i skipped the breakfast because of this. Comparatively room was clean but you need to submit keys at reception while leaving if you want room to get clean. Hotel location is good but they really need to improve on service or else will loose the repeated customer business.

At 8:00 pm, i requested a water bottle and kept calling the reception every 15 minutes, more than five times, but they did not provide drinking water. I had to sleep thirsty the entire night. I feel very disappointed with the service"

I recently stayed at the VVR Grand Inn Hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The facilities are excellent, definitely deserving of at least a 4.5-star rating. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, far surpassing the standard of many other 3-star hotels I've visited. However, I would lower my rating to 4 stars due to the lack of flexibility in pricing. While you can get a great discount through MakeMyTrip, the hotel is quite rigid at the counter, with no room for negotiation, even for a small reduction. Despite this, I highly recommend the VVR Grand Inn for its exceptional facilities and great value.

Service is terrible, waited 1 hour for a cup of tea. Responce of restaurant service is pathetic. Rooms are average.

even though it is in middle of the city like Gandhinagar , it is a very Peace full area , hotel interior is very good , room was very good with all amenities and food was also good 👍

Got covered in bedbug bites. Luggage had begbugs. No hot water. Door didn't have safety lock. Had to call and ask to get toilet paper. Its a trap.

The receptionist had a really bad behaviour and was talking loud to the ladies without respect. The room and other things were good but the behaviour of the guy made our stay uncomfortable.

The towels were torn, no hand towels given. The staff was not polite & flexible on check out timing because of booking.

Well-maintained rooms and good hospitality especially front office. The complimentary breakfast is also good with south indian varieties.

I booked the hotel the property is nicely maintained and hygienic though. But the staff specifically the person at reception is rude and unprofessional. When I called from the room for room service he didn't send the guy for almost an hour then I had to call twice for the room service. During the check out when I asked regarding the travel information he provided fake information. Not worth booking.👎🏻

Very worst stay i have booked for three days and no one came for room service and the floor it too sticky and there are flies and cockroaches in the room.

We have bad experience about bathroom was not clear also they not give basic kit also. The set up box they simply mounted and hanging on cable only so you can not excess through remote
