Stained bed sheets, ink marked pillow covers, stained towels, shabby bathroom. Overall a nightmare! Ordered food and the guy came with QR code ,insisted to pay immediately. No provision of putting the bill on room.

Reception staff was very friendly , there was a minor issue in AC in my standard room where immediately they shifted us in a deluxe room. Breakfast was very nice. Overall it was enjoyable

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. I possibly had the best south indian breakfast in gujarat. Also all the food items presented at breakfast were delicious.

Unpleasant vibes of washrooms

Washrooms not clean, washroom door lock unfuctional, dull vibes. Food wasnt good. Breakfast had limited options to heavy to have in the morning. No healty breakfasts options.

The location of the hotel is in the wrong place, it is right on the busy road. No proper parking available. The room as entered was disgusting with cigarettes smoke smell which persisted during entire stay. Our package was with out breakfast. They had ala carte menu with breakfast mentioned in it. When we tried to order from menu they said particular item was not available and insisted that we should take complimentary breakfast which was chargeable to us. It doesn't fit to the category of 3 star. It is better you delete this property from your list.

Location is in very good area, services were not proper bathroom taps are not working as well bathroom utensil were worst. Air conditioner was not working properly, but lucky thati got room coolness by it. Overall stay was okay as indian patterns and expectations for stay.
