Hotel Uday Palace

Hotel is quite good but rates seems bit higher side. We have been Charged around 3400 per room but One was bigger room whereas other was very small

Very poor rooms, food and also staff behaviour. Room was dirty and also due to very less space in room it was difficult to move on due to this I got injured on my leg from the glass of table. The way from reception to the room was dirty. Overall I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

amenities are poor. Rooms are not hygienic, you have to use used bed sheet and blankets. Ac / blower not working, no ventilation in room

No hot water in the tap. It's difficult during the winter break. The bed were not comfortable.

Service and quality of property has declined significantly. Filthy rooms, slow service and overbookings, i can name few. They need to fix these things immediately!

Bedsheets not washed rooms very smelly

Whenever we book a hotel we expect few basic amenities one of them can be running hot water especially in peak winter season and this hotel is not able to provide that even after so many requests and intimation.

Hotel are not even provide hot water in bathroom also cleanness are not up to mark same time towel are wear out

Their r not hot water available in bathroom they provide through backets also towel, bed sheets covers are wear out

Employees from our office often stay here. But this time we had a terrible experience with services. Asked for slippers which came after 2 hours. And asked for water that in room but they simply refused. All is ok if you have empathy. Which was missing when we were checking out.

Hot water in washroom comes for a limited time. Rest all services are awesome.

We have booked a deluxe room. It was really nice. Great service. Very co operative staff. Nice ambience.

All receptionist had a beautiful smile and were ready to help. Rooms should have press. Breakfast could have been better as most of items were very oily.
