It seems like a good hotel but when you will stay there,you will get lots of problem.Ac is not in good condition,no one is going to solve your problem.For every basic need,you need to call reception to avail that like towel,glass,water,kettle etc. Very pathetic service

Good and clean rooms and other services. Staff was also good and polite. Location is also good and away from traffic but at the same time connectivity is also good. Near to Mansarovar Metro station. Recommended for stay

Last night around 10:30pm, the hotel front desk person walked inside my room with the master key knowing that i am inside my room. Had no decency to even apologies, started giving me look and just walked out. Such creep hotel staff. Not safe for solo women travellers

Hotel is good clean staff needs to he educated as to how to treat the guests. Last night one of the employees entered the room with the master keys in-spite of me being inside the room. No water was served in-spite of staying for 4 nights
