Breakfast given in hotel was not up to the expectation. Had to wait for so long to reach to the beach . Already there is limited time given for beach and then half the time goes in waiting for the cab. We are paying so much to get the private beach access but if most of the time getting wasted in waiting then what’s the point. Very disappointed.

I booked this Resort for 2 nights and not so good service. When I checked in, they informed me the Building in which I booked my room was under renovation. So, they offered me another room, not complementary, but asked me to pay extra for that(Almost double) which I denied. They should not have listed those properties in MMT which are under construction. I checked into the same room which I booked with a lot of workers around, made me feel lil unsafe. AC remote was not in working condition, No TV remote, No BLDC FAN remote. I had to complain all these and somehow they arranged this the next day. One of the window just beside my bed sizing 5*3 ft big with transparent glass was not having curtain on it. I complained about this from the moment I checked in and they didnt fix this till I checked out after 2 days. There are many interrior works are half done inside this room. Such a horrible service from a 4* property is not expected. Kindly do not list these kind of properties. Below average.
