HOTEL SINKA GRAND

The staff at HOTEL SINKA GRAND were nice and helpful, which was a definite positive. The hotel's location is also very good and convenient. However, the overall facility was quite average. The biggest issue was the absence of a proper food service. In the room, the bathroom was lacking essential amenities, specifically, the light was not working, and there was no soap holder. Also, a coffee maker was missing. On the positive side, the room itself was quite spacious and big. Improvements to the facilities and the immediate availability of food service would make this a much better stay.

recently stayed at Hotel Sunrise Grand and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Location: The hotel is located close to the main market and within walking distance of the railway station, which made it very convenient for sightseeing and local travel. Room: The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. It had all basic amenities including air conditioning, a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small balcony with a nice view. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily. Service: The staff were polite and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth, and the front desk was responsive to requests. Food: The in-house restaurant served decent food. Breakfast was included in the stay and had a good variety. The quality and taste were satisfying for the price. Facilities: The hotel had free parking, good Wi-Fi, and a small gym. All the facilities were well-maintained during our stay. Price: The stay was reasonably priced and offered good value for money considering the services and location. Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 stars. Would I recommend? Yes, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Sinka Grand. The hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating, allowing me an early check-in, which made my travel experience much smoother. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were great, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would highly recommend Sinka Grand to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Our stay was for about 8 hours as we had to catch an early morning train. The receptionist spoke good english, all in all a good stay.

The room is ok , but some service should be there , at least the water bottle should be provided. The jet spray is not working. And the biggest disappointment is the bed, it's below quality mattress can't 😴 sleep .

Its not hotel. I book this hotel based on the description and paid a hefty amount which is non refundable coz i trusted if this is expensive this must be good. When i reached the hotel it is not what i see in the pictures and the price they are offer at the hotel 1/8 of what paid for this booking. I couldnt stay at the hotel and couldn’t cancel it. Terrible experience.

Horrible condition. Following are the observations. 1. Lots of cockroach in the rooms, they showed me 3 rooms, on all rooms cockroaches are there. 2. Airconditioner condition is very bad, not even done basic service for that. 3. Bed sheet and pillow looks very old or looks like not washed ones. 4. Tv remote broken. 5. Lift looks ugly, the moment i enter the lift, i found that this hotel the not good. Overall very disappointed with the hotel and i never recommend or ask people to go there. Overall

Our stay was not satisfied. Bedsheets are not maintained properly and a lot of bed bugs are on the bed. Also the door is getting jammed while closing and not opening easily.

Firstly they shifted us to a different hotel and told that rooms are full here though we have done booking prior and paid the entire amount. Rooms were small and the building was under construction. So terrible experience. Don't stay here

The hotel was very clean and the staff ensures cleaning everyday. It was a peaceful stay within very close distance to the railway station. Traveling to the city was very convenient.

The place is well located. Room was good and there is no restaurant for food you have to go out and room service is not there
