Hotel experience was very bad

1. In the dwarka hotel shivam guest house. There is in the room not tv working condition. Even not have hot water. After complaining they not give us other rooms or any other services. Even not given taoule and bath shope

It was a very bad experience in hotel shivam. They mentioned a lot of things but didn't provide anything.

Not provide all facilities, washroom it's not good cleaning tv also not recharge we managed our own hotspot.

Not well managed and clean

2 - bad beacuse of below - not good room, bad condition of bathroom, no cartail on window (difficult to woman for change of cloths, not in good condition of bad sheet no up-par stopper and not good condition of main stopper on main door of room. I paid rs. but i book dharmshal or other Realy i not feel good and i booked i In bathroom, there was no stopper inside for close the door

Vasu bhai made us felt like a family. From the beginning of the trip till the end they made sure of our comfort and security. Irrespective of any request at any hour they always went extra mile to fulfill the need of the guests! will surely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Good service and good peoples to have in this hotel

Rooms not cleaned not maintained

Hotel denied to provide basic bathing things like soap, towels, room's dirty they said in only ac room they will give bathing things comlementry. No sanitizer in room or even in hotel which is very bad in this pandemic situation and when entered no hot water in bathroom

It was a worst experince of stay in a hotel, bathroom and utensils was very dirty, leakage in washbasin pipe, no amenities available.

None of the toilet flush were working properly in each of five rooms, toilets were not maintained, not cleaned properly, smelly toilets. Other than toilet and bathrooms, rooms were good for stay

My trip is good but hotel makes it terrible so don't book Shyam hotel.
Poor facilities after booked on line.
