Hotel Rukmini

On the arrival date i entered the hotel, but the hotel don't even have a bath soap it was a shame for me that i booked this type of hotel. I wanted to call the mmt person but it was too late to call. After that the bed was having bedbugs. The bugs bite my full body and i didn't sleep the whole night. It was a terrible experience for me. For today i won't go to any hotel from mmt

The location and the rooms are very bad. The bathrooms are horrible, not very clean. Photos provided are false. . Can't sleep at night because of mosquitoes. They were asked extra money even for 45 minutes of early check-in.

We stayed at the a/c deluxe double room. The room was tidy and they replaced the towels and bedsheets when we started our stay. The staff was courteous. We checked a couple of rooms and selected one. Both toilet bowls had hard water stains, but i don't think it's a big deal. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but there's a bar restaurant right next door, which is a plus or minus depending on your viewpoint. They don't have a laundry service, but wifi and a/c were working fine. When i had checked, there were other hotels available with better rates, however this was the only one which offered complimentary early check-in. That turned out to be a lie because i had to pay for the early check-in.

Nice hotel for stay, near to market/railway station and just 14min walk distance to baina beach, i recommend this hotel, clean toilet and fresh air in room.

The hotels was not clean and staffs are also not know his work and misguided us.

Stayed here for a few hours as my flight was delayed. It a average hotel, overpriced maybe due to the december rush in goa. Rooms are small. The staffs are very co-operative and helpful. Overall an average stay

Hosts were good, but services was not good, property was exactly opposite as the picture shows, taps were not working property, soap, blankets were not provided, was not worth for a basic dirty room.

It was bad experience. No water bottle in room. Room phone was not working.

This place is not as clean as shown in the picture. We had late night flight we reached there by 12 there was no electricity. We ordered food it was good but prices were so high. Ac wasnt working we just experience this in one night. It's not a safe place for girls group or family. This place is very scary

I have paid, rs. 3000 above for one day stay, but the room was not neat and just like a dirty lodge even for rs. 700. My self and my daughter was there from 3-4 this month(2023, march. I doubt, why make my trip suggesting like these hotels. Now i never opt this app if my grivence not addrey.

The condition of the bathroom is very bad. There was no room service. I am very much unhappy with this hotel. They only need money. This type of hotel shouldn't be recommended.

No lift for 4th floor

The location of this hotel is calm and nice. The staff is good. We faced a hot water problem. No hot water for 2 days. The hotel has a lift facility which is good. If you are looking for a budget stay and not near the sea, you can try here. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is ok. Not many good restaurants nearby. Hotel annapurneshwari is good for breakfast. The japanese garden is a must visit place nearby. It has a park with sea view and stairs to reach the sea. This is one of the best less known places in goa.

It's a good budget friendly hotel with nice, specious and clean rooms. You can check in in midnight also without any hustle. Reception guy's are cooperative.

Booked ac room, ac not working and bed sheet also not clean properly. I will not suggest to family members.
