HOTEL ROYAL INN

The room was not up to date and was dirty specially the washroom. The room cost was not worth the stay.

Cleaning not properly service not good and receptionist behavior not good

Overall stay was not at all appreciative. Total hospitality front was absent.

It was worst experience while staying at royal inn, hotel is not having kitchen facilities, while we checked in. Tv was not working, towel was not available, worst management. I would rate 0 rating. To this

They don't have food arrangements in the Hotel. The staff's behaviour is friendly. The Hotel is safe and secured. The location is very convenient. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean. Overall it was an average stay at this property.

Location is good, room was specious. Thing where we disappointed in service. When we're charged an amount per night than definitely you expect 24 hrs hot water wherein this hotel there's a timing of Hot water from till 11 am. Even if you're staying for more than you need to tell them for room clean up otherwise they won't do. For drinking water they are charging 20/- per 500 ml. Even you ask for regular water, they don't have. If you order tea (for which they charge an amount), all the time you'll be having different taste, different quantity. The most important, you'll find only breakfast over there. For Dinner/lunch you have to go outside (fortunately there's a good restaurant just 100 meters away from this hotel). So book this hotel only when you don't have any other options. Otherwise, there are many Dharmshala available in Junagadh.
