My room ac is not working after request they changed my room in night, regular facilities not provided drinking water, soap, tovel nothing was given. Room is not properly cleaned.

Bad experience and west of money

Poor service with not cleaning of room and toilet toilet and gijar not working and bad smell out in breakfast very bad food and tea served. Just 10 rupees poha and 5 rupees cutting tea in plastic cup served. With bad quality my father come with me and he ask about food but manager not give positive response. He said and clear give information for mmt payment not come in time so may be come in next time don't paid by mmt and come direct to hotel so we booked your room in lower price from mmt

Hotel was very poor
