Hotel Riva Palace

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the hotel booked through your platform. The experience was delightful, and I am pleased to share my positive feedback. Iam very pleased with my recent stay.

Hotel was on the main road on 3rd floor good for one night stay. Family Room was big. 2 big king size beds sufficient for 4 people.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at Riva Palace in Ahmedabad, and I strongly advise against it for families or couples. On the second night of our stay, the hotel hosted an extremely loud private DJ party with Bhojpuri and Bollywood music blasting well into the night. The noise was unbearable and continued until 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. It felt more like I was staying at a red-light district or a party hotel rather than a place for a peaceful stay. I was genuinely scared for my family’s safety and even considered contacting the Ahmedabad police for help. However, my wife urged me not to complain, fearing the situation could escalate. I could not get any rest, and this ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. While the rooms are decent and may suit business travelers, the lack of consideration for other guests, especially families, is inexcusable. The hotel's management needs to seriously rethink how they handle noise levels and guest comfort. I would not recommend Riva Palace to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly stay. It was amazing!! Stayed at multiple hotels but damn this hotel at its best! Large room with double fan, AC, Freeze inside the room with kettle & other facilities. Really amazing road side view. Great service by hotel team. Really appreciate located at best area.

Location is prime, rooms are spacious, staff is supporting, services are good, room amenities are as mentioned. However the bathroom has no exhaust and hangers are not provided in closet. Food was delicious.
