It's terrible room like no ace working no tv channel working no towel available everything is missing

it was horrible...the check-in took 15 mins at 4 30 am in the morning. The reception boy said there was no booking in my name even after showing my booking details. the bed sheets were and pillow covers were dirty and used. There were cockroaches running around. The toilet had no soap, no towels, and it was smelly. I was disappointed beyond compare, and i checked out in 4 hours. I just couldn't sleep. I wish I had not booked looking at the pictures.

Staff made sure my alone trip went perfectly. Room was tidy and felt safe to me. Would stay here again when traveling by myself.

The calm environment gave me the chance to relax and focus on my trip in a calm and comfortable way.

Terrible stay. Room and bathroom were dirty, with cockroaches crawling around. No cleaning provided despite complaints. Unhygienic and uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended.

Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Ginger Gold Hotel was terrible. The room was poorly maintained, and a bathroom slab actually fell on me—extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Despite my booking including breakfast, the hotel refused to provide it. Staff were unhelpful and service was poor. I do not recommend staying here.

It was pathetic stay with uncleanliness and in lobby area continue moaning sound was coming from other rooms. So I don’t this is a stay for family stay.

Booked room with breakfast. But breakfast was not provided. The hotel said breakfast is not provided to anyone in this hotel (hotel ginger gold. Intercom wasn'tcworkingvso every-time i had to v come from 2nd floor to ground floor to speakbto reception. Bedsheet appeared reused without washing.

It was a short transit stay. Rooms were clean & hygienic. Staff courteous & good at quick service

In pune. Just less then 3 km from airport an affordable stay. Sometimes it's less then 1000 even n comfortable zone.

Not good

Found cocroaches in the room. Also there was no hospitality. No one to pick and drop the luggage. Also no soap or shampoo in bathroom. Dint take any pics

Had to ask for 3 room changes through the night. The first room we were checked into had a faulty airconditioner, the staff was insistent that it would be fine but later moved us into a different room with a better air conditioning but this room had bedbugs and cockroaches. The entire hotel is infested and the receptionist was least bothered to even come and check. Disappointed.

My recent stay at hotel Arusai i was impressed by the experience the location was convenient, the staff were excellent friendly & helpful, & the room was clean n comfortable.. overall i would highly recommend hotel to anyone looking forba comfortable stay✌🏻👍🏻
