i have reached the at 11:30 pm. they denied to check in in the property as the owner said you have to pay remaining amount. but i have paid full payment at the time of booking. So i cancelled my booking and pay 2000 rupees for 2 rooms. rooms are very bad in condition matress and bedsheet are unclean. there is no water in the bathroom. poor quality hotel. dont book the hotel

when we checked in the hotel, we had to pay extra ₹ 3500 extra. after that we were allotted room.
